Lead, Global Talent, Compensation & HRIS Tools (SuccessFactors Focus)

​Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR processes, talent management, performance, and compensation cycles.

  • Strong background in SuccessFactors with a focus on functional and business advisory aspects.

  • Experience supporting global HR operations across multiple regions is preferred.

  • Agile project delivery experience (e.g., sprint planning, workshops) is a plus.

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to manage and evolve our HR tools, particularly SuccessFactors, across 40 countries. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and the IBM configuration team to optimize global HR performance and compensation processes. This role is based at our Anderlecht HQ and requires on-site presence on Mondays and Thursdays for team meetings, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Tool Ownership & Operational Excellence: Maintain the SuccessFactors ecosystem for performance management, compensation, and salary adjustments. Serve as the primary contact for tool-related queries.

  • Global Process Management: Align tools and processes with global performance and compensation cycles. Ensure timely support for HR programs and proactively communicate with regions.

  • Project Delivery & Transformation: Lead HR systems projects, including adapting processes to meet the EU Pay Transparency Directive (by June 2026). Work closely with the global compensation team and IT partners.

  • Experience in talent management, performance, and compensation processes.

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, with experience advising senior stakeholders on tool capabilities and business alignment.
