​Consulting Project Manager (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a Consulting Project Manager to lead client implementation projects for technology solutions in the life sciences sector. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring strong project management expertise, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to drive successful outcomes across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.

  • Facilitate status updates and regular communication with stakeholders.

  • Oversee scope and cost control through formal change management.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly with GxP and GDPR.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners as needed.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in project management within life sciences, pharma, biotech, or related sectors.

  • Proven experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, or clinical technology projects.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., ICH E2E, GVP, FDA, EMA).

  • Experience in advisory consulting, having worked for a service provider or consulting company.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance systems such as Argus or ARISg.

  • Understanding of cloud-based platforms and software infrastructure.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
