Join us as a Clinical Drug Delivery Device Lead and play a critical role in selecting and assessing devices that support UCB-sponsored clinical trials worldwide.
What You'll Do
Lead the selection and technical assessment of drug delivery devices—from injection pumps to oral dosing tools—for global clinical trials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, QA, RA, Safety) to ensure timely and compliant device support.
Oversee and guide Clinical Drug Delivery Device (CDDD) sub-teams on fit-for-purpose device choices.
Support change requests and maintain the CDDD database with precision and timeliness.
What We’re Looking For
A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
8+ years in drug delivery device selection within clinical environments.
Deep expertise with injection pumps, syringes, needles, infusion lines, and more.
Strong knowledge of EU MDR, ISO13485, 21CFR Part 820, and GxP (GMP/GCP).
Experience in clinical trials, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
Autonomous mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of material compatibility testing is a plus.
