Join us as a Clinical Drug Delivery Device Lead and play a critical role in selecting and assessing devices that support UCB-sponsored clinical trials worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the selection and technical assessment of drug delivery devices—from injection pumps to oral dosing tools—for global clinical trials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, QA, RA, Safety) to ensure timely and compliant device support.

  • Oversee and guide Clinical Drug Delivery Device (CDDD) sub-teams on fit-for-purpose device choices.

  • Support change requests and maintain the CDDD database with precision and timeliness.

 What We’re Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 8+ years in drug delivery device selection within clinical environments.

  • Deep expertise with injection pumps, syringes, needles, infusion lines, and more.

  • Strong knowledge of EU MDR, ISO13485, 21CFR Part 820, and GxP (GMP/GCP).

  • Experience in clinical trials, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Autonomous mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent writing skills.

  • Knowledge of material compatibility testing is a plus.
