Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to provide temporary, high-impact support to our Procurement Lead during a critical workload peak. Your expertise will help ensure continuity on a high-profile CAPEX project and daily procurement operations across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
Act as the right hand to the Procurement Lead, supporting procurement activities in the Building and Facilities category.
Independently manage tasks with minimal instruction, quickly understanding the project’s structure and priorities.
Serve as backup for the UK-based CAPEX project, ensuring smooth procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and support documentation and compliance.
Collaborate with teams across Belgium, the UK, and Switzerland, attending key meetings and maintaining procurement continuity.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in procurement—particularly in building transformation, construction, or facility revamping.
Strong understanding of CAPEX procurement processes and project-based purchasing.
Familiarity with UK regulations, supplier practices, and multi-country procurement operations.
Confident working independently and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Available immediately for a temporary assignment (4–6 months, with extension possible).
