Procurement Manager

Are you a procurement professional with a strong background in building and facilities projects? Ready to hit the ground running and support a major CAPEX initiative in the UK, while based in Belgium? We want to hear from you!

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to provide temporary, high-impact support to our Procurement Lead during a critical workload peak. Your expertise will help ensure continuity on a high-profile CAPEX project and daily procurement operations across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the right hand to the Procurement Lead, supporting procurement activities in the Building and Facilities category.

  • Independently manage tasks with minimal instruction, quickly understanding the project’s structure and priorities.

  • Serve as backup for the UK-based CAPEX project, ensuring smooth procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and support documentation and compliance.

  • Collaborate with teams across Belgium, the UK, and Switzerland, attending key meetings and maintaining procurement continuity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in procurement—particularly in building transformation, construction, or facility revamping.

  • Strong understanding of CAPEX procurement processes and project-based purchasing.

  • Familiarity with UK regulations, supplier practices, and multi-country procurement operations.

  • Confident working independently and communicating with senior stakeholders.

  • Available immediately for a temporary assignment (4–6 months, with extension possible).

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to work on major international CAPEX projects.

  • Join a dynamic, collaborative environment with meaningful impact.

  • Flexibility to work from Belgium with cross-border exposure.

  • Ideal for professionals looking to apply their procurement expertise in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role.

Ready to step in and make a difference from day one? Apply now and support a strategic procurement initiative that spans multiple countries and construction challenges.
