My client need a Head of Product to lead the product roadmap and collaborate the technical /software team for successful delivery. You will define and execute the product vision aligned with business goals, collaborating with marketing to position thier offerings effectively. The role will also involve conductucting customer workshops and market research, prioritizing software development for timely, outcomes, whilst staying abreast of tech advancements, ensuring their products meet the latest digital standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in product leadership, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance / Drug safety domain
- Background within a tech advisory services company or consulting company
- Strong leadership, cross-functional team experience.
- Project and program management in software development.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
