We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Contractor to ensure smooth material and equipment handling. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors for deliveries, liaising with company contractors, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for material and equipment deliveries to the Company site.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to facilitate the receiving process.
- Collaborate with DPR (Company contractor) to install equipment efficiently.
- Input and verify information in our tracking spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy.
- Upload necessary data to SharePoint for documentation and reference.
- Utilise your expertise in shipping invoices and build lading to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in material and equipment handling within a warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with shipping invoices and bill of lading processes.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
