Are you passionate about driving high-quality health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) programs? Us is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Health Economics and Outcomes Research Lead. This pivotal role involves leading the adaptation of HEOR materials, generating scientific evidence for health technology assessments, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage HEOR programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Adapt HEOR materials to country settings in Europe and NM.
  • Generate scientific evidence for health technology assessments and reimbursement submissions.
  • Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development teams.
  • Lead the development of European early economic models for pipeline products.
  • Provide regional HEOR training to relevant teams.
  • Stay updated on EU-wide health economic and RWE policies.

Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience in Hematology/Oncology (asset).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French (a plus).
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • IT savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Veeva.
  • Proven ability to drive results and think strategically.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Master or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of related experience in HEOR, or master's degree with +8 years of HEOR global or European experiences.
