This pivotal role involves leading the adaptation of HEOR materials, generating scientific evidence for health technology assessments, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage HEOR programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Adapt HEOR materials to country settings in Europe and NM.
- Generate scientific evidence for health technology assessments and reimbursement submissions.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development teams.
- Lead the development of European early economic models for pipeline products.
- Provide regional HEOR training to relevant teams.
- Stay updated on EU-wide health economic and RWE policies.
Skills:
- Knowledge or experience in Hematology/Oncology (asset).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French (a plus).
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- IT savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Veeva.
- Proven ability to drive results and think strategically.
- Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Education and Experience:
- Master or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of related experience in HEOR, or master's degree with +8 years of HEOR global or European experiences.
