ServiceNow Architect – Leading Consultancy in Healthcare
We’re hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across a range of modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and more.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define architecture strategies, guide technical teams, and shape scalable implementations that drive real business value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to stay at the forefront of platform innovation.
What we’re looking for:
- 9+ years in ServiceNow, with 3+ years in a lead or architect role
- Deep knowledge of platform capabilities and modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD
- Strong integration experience with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Skilled in platform governance, architecture design, and scripting
- ServiceNow certifications and ITIL knowledge are a strong plus
