Overview
We’re partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation to support in hiring a Senior Tech Lead / Project Manager to take ownership of a critical internal platform supporting clinical processes. This is a strategic role combining technical leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment. You’ll lead an established platform with a multidisciplinary team, while also supporting new project intake and shaping future initiatives.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, custom-built platform
- Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, grooming)
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, infrastructure, validation)
- Engage and challenge stakeholders, managing expectations effectively
- Contribute to new project intake and requirements definition
Hard Skills
- Strong experience leading custom software development projects
- Background in GxP or regulated environments (pharma preferred)
- Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience (incl. backlog management, Azure DevOps)
- Experience managing budgets and project financials
- Ability to proactively manage risks and escalations
- Technical exposure (ideally .NET / Angular environments)

Qualifications
- 8–10+ years’ experience in project management or technical leadership roles
- Experience working in large, complex organisations
- Fluent English required (French is a plus)
