Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to lead our Nordics team. Based in Stockholm, you will oversee a team of 7 Regulatory Affairs professionals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving strategic success across the Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide product development teams to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements.
- Assess and submit regulatory documentation for approval.
- Monitor and support product claims, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Approve promotional materials and product artwork.
- Manage audits, inspections, and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, specifically in Medicinal Products, Cosmetics, or Medical Devices.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Proficiency in English; expertise in Swedish regulations with knowledge of Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
