Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs for The Nordics, based in the Stockholm area. This hybrid role demands a country expert with deep regulatory knowledge and strategic insight. This is a leadership role managing 7 RA professionals across the Nordics, representing the function on the Nordics LT, and representing the Nordics RA team within the RA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide product development teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assess and submit regulatory documentation.
- Monitor and support product claims.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Approve promotional materials and product artwork.
- Manage audits and inspections.
- Drive process improvements.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs.
- Expertise in Medicinal products, and/or Cosmetics, and Medical Devices.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Swedish regulations and an overview of Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Familiarity with Consumer Healthcare and product development.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, matrixed organisation.
