Are you a dynamic and experienced professional ready to lead in the Regulatory Affairs field? Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs for The Nordics, based in the Stockholm area. This hybrid role demands a country expert with deep regulatory knowledge and strategic insight. This is a leadership role managing 7 RA professionals across the Nordics, representing the function on the Nordics LT, and representing the Nordics RA team within the RA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide product development teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assess and submit regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor and support product claims.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Approve promotional materials and product artwork.
  • Manage audits and inspections.
  • Drive process improvements.

Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs.
  • Expertise in Medicinal products, and/or Cosmetics, and Medical Devices.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Swedish regulations and an overview of Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Healthcare and product development.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, matrixed organisation.
