My client, a leading provider of IT solutions to the life sciences industry, is seeking to expand its Regulatory (System) advisory team and needs two experienced business consultants/managers.

You will be tasked with leading the implementation of state-of-the-art business solutions for life science clients. This role is based in the UK, with the option for EU citizens to work fully remotely. To be considered, you must have previous experience in a life sciences (R&D) management consulting capacity or advisory consultancy, coupled with previous industry experience in (Pharma/Biotech/MedTech). Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage RFPs, proposals, and client engagements.
  • Assume leadership roles within project teams.
  • Seamlessly execute projects, ensuring effective management of planning, budget, resources, scope, risk, and quality assurance
  • Drive system implementation, particularly focusing on Regulatory R & D Operations projects (RIMs, IDMP, Xevmpd, Veeva Vault)

Qualifications & experience:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or IT with over 8 years in the life sciences industry, preferably in Regulatory Affairs /operations
  • Background in both pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors preferred.
  • Experience in consulting and advisory roles, with a commercial mindset.
  • Skilled in market ownership and presales activities like RFPs and SOWs.
  • Strong interest and understanding of technology's role in life sciences.
  • Advantageous to have experience in Regulatory business processes and digitalisation for enhancing efficiency.
  • Expertise in providing advice and building trust across all organisational levels, including with C-suite executives.
  • Proactive attitude and engaging personality foster trust and facilitate customer interactions.
