MSI Pharma are working with a leading Pharmaceutical company in the US who are looking for a Associate PV Partner Management Contractor to join their team on an ongoing long term project details below.

Responsibilities:

Process and Compliance:

  • Act as the process owner for business systems and contract repository for PV-related contracts.
  • Conduct planning activities related to system outputs as needed.
  • Develop and optimize contract administration processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the point person on business systems to drive operational efficiency across PVAM.
  • Prepare content for system- and process-related trainings and communications.
  • Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
  • Ensure appropriate archival of contractual and regulated documents.
  • Support PV System Master File (PSMF) updates.
  • Monitor the PVAM mailbox for internal/external requests and notifications.
  • Maintain PVAM beep site.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of PVAM function.
  • Support onboarding of new personnel within GPS by raising awareness/providing training on PVAM relevant tools.
  • Maintain and update PVAM working documents timely and accurately.

Metrics and Analytics:

  • Generate periodic metrics reports to show contract volumes and associated statistics.
  • Maintain PVAM tracking mechanisms and other analyses to support PVAM and wider GPS network.

Contractual:

  • Support management, optimization, and maintenance of controlled templates, forms, and other key documents.
  • Input key metadata from PV-related contracts in PVA tracker.
  • Manage notification of PVAs, amendments, restatements, and terminations, including filing and archiving.
  • Maintain and notify of PVAs contact updates, including filing and archiving.
  • Provide an interface for timely direction of contracting and PVAM requests to appropriate stakeholder personnel.
  • Follow up and maintain internal contacts and partner information.
  • Manage administrative requests for contracts and relevant documents.

Organized Data Collection Program (ODCP) and Digital Assets Programs:

  • Support establishing and maintaining tracking system for ODCP and digital assets programs.
  • Notify ODCP and digital assets programs to GPS.
  • Support quality and KPI check for ODCP and digital assets programs.
  • Conduct necessary reconciliation between different tracking systems.
  • Manage periodic reports and communication for ODCP and digital assets programs.

PV Alliance Management:

  • Support PV Alliance Management beep site.
  • Support PV Alliance Management tracking tool and information collection tool.
  • Establish documentation archive rule for PV Alliance Management.
  • Conduct quality check for PV Alliance Management when needed.

Skills:

Required:

  • Excellent analytical and coordination experience with increasing autonomy and responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability in organizing and supporting contract/stakeholder management processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Flexibility to support stakeholders in different time zones.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of Pharmacovigilance practices and processes.
  • Familiarity with PV-related contracts.
  • Experience with different tracking tools.
  • Oral and written Chinese language skills preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and diverse responsibilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), document repositories, SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Aptitude/ability to be proficient in other business systems such as electronic contract management systems.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Advanced degree preferably in life science, nursing, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related profession (RN, PharmD, NP, PhD, MPH, etc.).
