As the Project Manager for IT Clinical Insights projects (External), you will we be responsible for project management activities in projects focusing on delivering advanced analytics and visualisation for teams in clinical domain.
The role can be based Globally.
Your main responsibilities
As the Project Manager for IT Clinical Insights projects, you will:
· Collect the requirements for the production system
· Perform a gap analysis between the current and future environment
· Clear all governance procedures
· Oversee the project deliverables, capture risks and escalations, maintain the scope.
· Capture project weekly status, including completed and planned activities.
· Develop and maintain project plan.
· Provide proactive communications and regular project management updates to management.
· Define the required services around the platform and work with the IT service management group to implement them
· Document the decisions and the implemented solution

· Experience in IT Project Management
· Experience with Agile ways of working
· General knowledge on the pharmaceutical setting (GXP, Validation, Privacy Concerns,...)
· Experience with or interest in machine learning or statistical methods
· Stakeholders facing skills to set expectations and communicate effectively.
· Successfully manage deliverables in quality, budget and time.
· Proactively identify risks, escalations and communicating in advance.
· Protect the projects success by ensuring the deliverables meet or exceed stakeholders expectations.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills. Fluent in English.
