Exciting Opportunity for a Project Manager in Biopharma!
Join our dynamic team and take a lead role in coordinating, implementing, and executing projects aligned with the organization's strategy. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the qualification, validation, and manufacturing activities for equipment, utilities, and facilities. Leverage your biopharma process experience and project management skills to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Functions:
  • Plan, implement, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage project budget, allocate resources, and create project schedules
  • Lead quality assurance and provide oversight for validation and manufacturing activities
  • Report project status to stakeholders, presenting progress, issues, and solutions
  • Implement and manage changes as needed to meet project deliverables
  • Evaluate and assess project results
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in validation, quality assurance, or quality control in an FDA-regulated biotech/pharmaceutical company
  • Project management qualification (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Scientific background (pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, chemistry)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Hands-on approach, self-motivated, and committed to learning and development
Preferred Skills:
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP QM module)
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%)
