Overview
We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Procurement Category Manager to provide procurement and project support across a broad Talent spend portfolio. This role will support multiple Talent-related initiatives, including Talent Management, Leadership Development, supplier relationship management, contingent workforce projects, and continuous improvement activities. Working as a flexible generalist within Talent Procurement, you will help translate business priorities into structured procurement activities, practical demand management frameworks, supplier governance routines, and clear stakeholder guidance.
Requirements
- Experience supporting procurement, supplier management, HR/Talent services, training services, contingent workforce, consulting, managed services, or professional services categories.
- Ability to support multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in an international environment.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across Procurement, Talent, HR, Finance, Legal, and supplier organisations.
- Strong interest in improving ways of working, supplier governance, and stakeholder experience.
Hard Skills
- Procurement processes and sourcing support.

Qualifications

- Procurement, sourcing, project management, or HR/Talent-related certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent English required. French and/or Dutch would be an advantage
