Overview
We are supporting a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a People Analytics Lead. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide people analytics, ensuring workforce data and insights enable impactful decision-making across the business. Operating at a global level, you will work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, digital technology and data teams to shape analytics strategy, governance, and capability development.
Requirements
- Define and lead the global People Analytics strategy aligned with business and workforce priorities
- Translate business challenges into clear analytical use cases and insights agendas
- Establish analytics governance, standards, and ethical frameworks including data privacy and AI usage
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption of data-led decision making
- Shape the People Data Foundation including metrics, architecture, and data models
- Define roadmap for analytics capabilities, tools, and advanced analytics (predictive, AI-driven insights)
- Lead in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority and driving measurable business impact
Hard Skills
- Deep expertise in People Analytics, workforce analytics, and HR data domains
- Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, data architecture and governance principles
- Experience building analytics strategies and operating models in global organisations
- Knowledge of data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI frameworks
- Exposure to advanced analytics such as predictive modelling and scenario analysis
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect business and workforce priorities

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or related analytical leadership roles
