MSI Pharma's client are seeking an experience Process Scientist or Process Engineer to join their team. The main responsibilities are:

- Performing microbial process development experiments for the development of new and improvement of existing processes while working with equipment at shake flask, ambr250, 5L and 200L scales.

- Identifying scale-up challenges and developing robust processes for tech transfer to manufacturing scale.

- Analysing laboratory data and presenting results to line manager, Upstream team and at internal meetings.

- Working independently and as part of a strong team to support the groups objectives.

- Providing technical expertise in upstream processing for internal customers.

- Providing traceable records of lab work, experimental design and report writing.

- Authoring, reviewing, and updating internal procedures and documents.
