MDM Business Analyst & Program / PMO Support 

Location: Burssels, Belgium

Engagement: Freelance until end of 2026

Overview

We have partnered with a global pharmaceutical company to support the rollout of a company‑wide Master Data Management (MDM) programme. The initiative aims to establish a single, trusted source of customer master data, enabling consistent use across multiple enterprise systems.This role supports the MDM Program Manager and PMO Lead, acting as a hands‑on delivery and coordination partner within an SI‑led transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and quality‑check functional and technical deliverables from the system integrator
• Challenge design decisions to ensure alignment with internal data standards and strategy
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Coordinate across integration, architecture, analytics, and data governance teams
• Document business rules, mappings, decisions, and onboarding materials
• Support PMO activities and preparation for future programme phases

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in MDM, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Integration
• Strong data and technical literacy (MDM concepts, data models, integrations)
• Experience working client‑side in SI‑led programmes
• Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in complex, cross‑functional environments

Hard Skills

• Enterprise MDM platforms (Reltio or similar – desirable)
• Reviewing and validating SI deliverables
• Data governance tooling (e.g. Collibra – nice to have)
• CIAM / identity‑driven data flows (nice to have)

Soft Skills

• Confident communicator across technical and business teams
• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and autonomous
• Able to challenge vendors constructively
• Highly organised with strong coordination skills
