We are currently hiring an International Markets (IM) Access Solutions Lead to be responsible for ensuring UCB's ambition of access to all patients who need their products.

Your expertise in the following aspects would be required:

• Extensive experience working withing Market Access within the Pharmaceutical industry

• Strong understanding of Healthcare systems and Payer archetypes

• Experience within Product positioning optimisation, value proposition development, evidence strategy, product launch and launch excellence

• Payer engagement and negotiation at national and sub national levels

• Operational access and pricing experience - objective strategy and execution plans

• Designing clinical, humanistic and economic evidence and evaluation to demonstrate product value
