LIMS Technical Lead

Location: Fully Remote

Engagement Status: Contract until end of 2026 (strong potential extension into 2027)

Role Overview

We are partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation who are looking for an experienced DT Technical Lead to support and evolve LIMS and laboratory applications within a GxP-regulated environment. This role plays a key part in new laboratory deployments and future system transformations, acting as a technical reference across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for LIMS and laboratory applications initiatives
• Review, challenge, and contribute to technical and functional solutions
• Support requirements definition, testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with QC stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
• Ensure system coherence, compliance, and documentation quality
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, structured communication

Hard Skills

• Strong experience with LIMS or laboratory informatics systems
• Hands-on technical and functional background (not a pure PM role)
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments
• Experience with LabWare LIMS (strong advantage)
• Exposure to related systems (ELN, Empower, chromatography systems) is a plus
• Fluent English (French is a strong plus)
