MSI Pharma are working with a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium who are looking for a Learning Contractor Specialist to join their team.

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Learning Coordinator Specialist to join our team. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, training program logistics, and serving as the global point of contact. Must excel in communication and thrive in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, including vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate training program logistics such as scheduling sessions and providing technical support.
  • Serve as the global point of contact, maintaining relationships with learning professionals worldwide.
  • Execute standard and medium activities related to event planning and participant coordination.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to define learning program requirements and track progress.
  • Cultivate vendor relationships, track budget data, and ensure operational consistency.
  • Analyze processes for optimization and promptly resolve operational issues.
  • Enhance the efficiency of learning operations by maintaining clear operational guides.

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Adult Education, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional business environment.

Competencies:

  • Organizational proficiency and project management skills.
  • Analytical expertise in tracking data and metrics.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch preferred.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technologies.
