About the Role
As an IT Configuration Specialist, you’ll become a key player within the IT QA Department, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving the Veeva Vault Quality Suite (including Quality Docs & QMS). You’ll contribute to critical releases, support global users, and bring innovation to life—ensuring smooth regulatory operations across the board.
Your Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Veeva Vault Quality in line with Pharma computer system validation standards
Lead change management for three annual releases
Support interface and system qualification projects
Drive innovations like AI-driven Data Quality Control, Azure AD integration, and cross-platform connectivity
Provide 3rd-level incident support and ensure seamless collaboration with global QA & IT teams
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years in Quality Assurance or similar IT roles
Expertise in Veeva Vault administration (certification is a plus!)
Strong system and database skills (Oracle, MSSQL, REST APIs, etc.)
Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) and Pharma GxP compliance
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
A natural problem-solver who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in teamwork
