About the Role

As an IT Configuration Specialist, you’ll become a key player within the IT QA Department, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving the Veeva Vault Quality Suite (including Quality Docs & QMS). You’ll contribute to critical releases, support global users, and bring innovation to life—ensuring smooth regulatory operations across the board.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Veeva Vault Quality in line with Pharma computer system validation standards

  • Lead change management for three annual releases

  • Support interface and system qualification projects

  • Drive innovations like AI-driven Data Quality Control, Azure AD integration, and cross-platform connectivity

  • Provide 3rd-level incident support and ensure seamless collaboration with global QA & IT teams

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years in Quality Assurance or similar IT roles

  • Expertise in Veeva Vault administration (certification is a plus!)

  • Strong system and database skills (Oracle, MSSQL, REST APIs, etc.)

  • Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) and Pharma GxP compliance

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) 

  • A natural problem-solver who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in teamwork
