Location: Braine (2 days on site, 3 days from home) - initially, more time on site may be required

Context: The IT Test Manager will be part of a team responsible for regulated testing associated with software, equipment qualifications in manufacturing, patient mobile apps, websites, and other activities. This role will involve managing a portfolio of regulated testing activities with a team of approximately 20 testers. The primary testing platform utilized is the Micro Focus/OpenText ALM Suite, which supports around 1500 users.

Task / Daily Activities:

  • Provide oversight of testing activities and support the development of the testing platform at UCB.
  • Manage the relationship with test managers involved in the Tosca implementation.
  • Serve as the IT system owner for the testing platform.
  • Manage relations with customers/users at UCB to ensure effective testing management.
  • Conduct meetings with the team of test managers to monitor project progress and engage with different stakeholders, including business representatives from UCB.
  • Provide insights for projects and support micromanagement in PM activities related to budget, resources, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of Micro Focus/OpenText ALM Suite, with the ability to understand customization requirements.
  • Experience with the Tosca Tricentis testing tool to support the implementation of SAP S4Hana and associated automated testing.
  • Project management skills to guide and drive projects effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • GxP knowledge or experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as Visual Basic and Selenium.
