Our client is looking for an experienced candidate with demonstrable experience in running a complex project in a (Bio)pharma setting, who can organise structured, agenda-driven requirements gathering sessions with users/scientists and independently translate such requirements into RFI/RFP input for vendors, ultimately driving an implementation process.

This is an Immediate start for a full time contractor /Freelance, with flexibility for on-site and remote work near Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into RFI/RFP processes.

- Lead the selection of appropriate tools based on vendor responses.

- Assist in the implementation of selected tools, ensuring seamless integration.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in IT.

- Previous experience with Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS) or Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) in a scientific setting.

- Strong interpersonal skills to understand and translate stakeholder/scientist requirements effectively.

Nice to Have:

- Project Management certification.

- Background in pharma research.

- General ability to do process analysis to formalise/document certain scientific processes.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in a Biotech company with expertise in implementing IT systems for lab/R&D activities.

- Familiarity with LIMS implementations.
