In this role, the resource will work closely with the Head of IT Early Solutions and should be an experienced PM who can perform work independently and is able to provide solutions for decision-making.

Roles & responsibilities:

· Coordination: Lead all controlling activities and coordinate IT activities (eg. Migration) and make quick connections within IT workstreams + hold the team accountable for delivery, budget requirements

· Stakeholder management: interact with overall project team and Windlesham PMO

· Planning: Conduct IT project planning & activities across all individuals, budget controlling, IT SteerCo preparation

· Ensure expectations are met toward the timeframe of 2024

Technical requirements:

· Knowledge of Integrate/Planisware to have full overview of budget & project progress

· Office tools

· Knowledge of some IT concepts (for more technical details, the resource will rely on the project leads)

· Affinity with research facility

· Note: the resource shouldn't be a domain expert
