About Us: Are committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Pricing Expert & Delivery Lead to join our team and lead the development of digital solutions for our Pricing and Access teams.


  1. Pricing Tool Replacement:

    • Lead the delivery of two new pricing tool replacements.
    • Coordinate business requirements and collaborate with business teams to translate processes into efficient digital solutions.
    • Support in the tool selection process, including managing the RFP process.
  2. Architectural Planning:

    • Define the right architecture for the solution in collaboration with company architects.
    • Work with other IT teams (Legal, Compliance, Content) to enhance existing tools for market research teams.
  3. Application Support:

    • Provide support for existing applications until replacement, handling CRQ, vendor management, small fixes, and enhancements.
    • Ensure project documentation, including functional specifications, validation, testing, and migration protocols.
  4. Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate development team activities.
    • Define and prioritise project phases in collaboration with business teams.
  5. Project Delivery:

    • Oversee project planning, budgeting, meetings, and coordination.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  6. Business Requirements Gathering:

    • Define and document business processes, requirements, and policies.
  7. Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in project management, business requirements, and process/governance definition.
    • Organised and well-structured approach to tasks.
    • Ability to function as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on priorities and scoping where needed.
    • Proficient in IT context, including managing architecture, integrations, Dev-Acc-Prod, UAT, and IT standard processes.
    • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
    • Understanding of financial and pricing processes in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
