leading Biotech organisation at the forefront of Biotechnology Development needs an experienced IT Project Manager for Laboratory Solutions to drive innovation in their BioTech Factory.

As IT Project Manager, you'll lead the implementation of crucial laboratory applications, collaborating internationally with IT leads, process owners, and external partners. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining implementation plans, ensuring project success, and translating technical details for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain implementation plans for the new BioTech Factory's analytical laboratories.
- Support successful IT project completion within the BioTech Factory program.
- Collaborate with IT leads and experts to ensure timely design and implementation.
- Monitor and facilitate plan execution, adjusting as necessary.
- Translate technical plans into user-friendly language.
- Document detailed IT system architecture.
- Interact with external partners to align applications with processes and equipment.
- Act as a technical sounding board for IT leads, fostering technical discussions.

Required Expertise:

- Deep understanding of Development Laboratory applications.
- Solid knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment.
- Documented experience in laboratory project management.
- Experience in a controlled environment (GxP), preferably in Pharma.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Track record of successful collaboration in international teams.
- Fluent in English.

The ideal candidate for the position brings 6-7 years of experience, with a strong foundation in implementing applications and expertise in Electronic Notebooks, coupled with a proven track record of crafting successful solutions.
