Job Title: IT Digital Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Designing end-to-end solution architectures across digital platforms (web, mobile, IoT, data, AI/ML), engaging stakeholders to define vision, requirements, and constraints.
• Evaluating vendor solutions and making recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with architects, developers, and engineers to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
• Creating reusable reference architectures and standards to accelerate system development.
• Leading discussions on modern technologies and architectural practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Simplifying complex problems and proposing easily understandable solutions.
• Driving business outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a software/solution architecture role.
• Expertise in modern architectural styles, cloud architectures, and backend/frontend integration.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), security, and automation.
• Experience in designing fault-tolerant, performant, and interoperable solutions.
• Strong integration knowledge, including APIs and event-based paradigms.
• Data-centric mindset with a focus on enabling future products and use-cases.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and security/compliance requirements.
• Experience with AI or GenAI aspects is desirable.
• Understanding of agile principles and product management.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and drive novel ideas.
