My client require an experienced project manager to lead deployments of market-leading Safety Surveillance solutions on an initial 6 month contract assignment working fully remotely.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with global pharmaceutical and regulatory agency clients.
  • Manage project teams and provide coordination and direction.
  • Communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain project scope and budget while respecting client and internal needs.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Identify and ensure delivery against key business drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company Informatics requirements.
  • Collaborate with external partners during implementation.
  • Contribute to internal capability development and process improvement.

Experience needed

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (2:1 Honors or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of PM experience in life science technical or data processing implementation projects. (clinical Safety or Regulatory)
  • Previous experience with Pharma system GxP end-to-end implementations.
  • At least 3 years in a technology consulting or client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies for SaaS solutions.
  • Technical understanding of technical architectures and SAAS system integration's.
  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation in a regulated environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Up to 10% travel flexibility.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
  • Hands-on software development or technical integration experience.
  • Understanding of software validation with client data.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple parties and 3rd party vendors.
  • Knowledge of ArisG, Argus, or other safety databases or PV systems.
