My client require an experienced project manager to lead deployments of market-leading Safety Surveillance solutions on an initial 6 month contract assignment working fully remotely.
Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with global pharmaceutical and regulatory agency clients.
- Manage project teams and provide coordination and direction.
- Communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain project scope and budget while respecting client and internal needs.
- Assess and mitigate project risks.
- Identify and ensure delivery against key business drivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company Informatics requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners during implementation.
- Contribute to internal capability development and process improvement.
Experience needed
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (2:1 Honors or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of PM experience in life science technical or data processing implementation projects. (clinical Safety or Regulatory)
- Previous experience with Pharma system GxP end-to-end implementations.
- At least 3 years in a technology consulting or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies for SaaS solutions.
- Technical understanding of technical architectures and SAAS system integration's.
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation in a regulated environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Up to 10% travel flexibility.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
- Hands-on software development or technical integration experience.
- Understanding of software validation with client data.
- Experience in dealing with multiple parties and 3rd party vendors.
- Knowledge of ArisG, Argus, or other safety databases or PV systems.
