Overview
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation to support the appointment of a Global Medical Lead (Dermatology). This role will play a key position in shaping and executing global medical strategy within dermatology, working cross-functionally with clinical development, regulatory, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will provide scientific leadership, drive evidence generation, and ensure alignment of global medical activities across regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a global or regional medical affairs leadership role
- Strong background within dermatology or immunology (preferred)
- Experience leading strategy development and execution across multiple markets
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organisation
- Experience engaging with KOLs and external stakeholders at a global level

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Pharmacy (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred)
- Significant experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Prior experience in dermatology or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable
