Global Medical Lead (Dermatology)

Location: Remote (EU Union)

Engagement: Freelance engagement until end of 2026 (potential extension until March 2027)

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation to support the appointment of a Global Medical Lead (Dermatology). This role will play a key position in shaping and executing global medical strategy within dermatology, working cross-functionally with clinical development, regulatory, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will provide scientific leadership, drive evidence generation, and ensure alignment of global medical activities across regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a global or regional medical affairs leadership role
• Strong background within dermatology or immunology (preferred)
• Experience leading strategy development and execution across multiple markets
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organisation
• Experience engaging with KOLs and external stakeholders at a global level

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Pharmacy (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred)
• Significant experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Prior experience in dermatology or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable
