We are supporting a leading biopharmaceutical client as they prepare a major transformation of their global CRM landscape. The CRM platform is a critical, enterprise-wide system used by field-based teams worldwide to manage stakeholder engagement, orchestrate information flows, and capture insights. It serves as a single source of truth for engagement data, enabling strategic execution, analytics, and long-term asset success.
As Global CRM Programme Lead, you will co-lead this multi-year global transformation alongside senior business and IT stakeholders. You will set the programme ambition, define and execute the roadmap, lead vendor selection, drive platform design, and ensure a successful global rollout. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and proven experience delivering complex global programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global CRM programme vision, roadmap, design, and rollout strategy, working closely with business and IT leadership
- Co-lead programme governance and coordinate multiple global workstreams
- Act as a bridge between senior leadership, regional teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making
- Engage with regional and local teams to ensure business needs are incorporated into the global solution
- Ensure business requirements, process mapping, customer journeys, and end-user adoption are central to the implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business and functional stakeholders regarding CRM evolution and transformation
- Drive delivery of programme milestones on time and within budget, proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Lead and support change management activities, including alignment with other global initiatives
- Provide clear, concise programme updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading global business or functional transformation programmes
- Extensive experience working in global and cross-regional environments, with strong cultural awareness
- Excellent programme and project management skills, including governance, planning, and execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in change management within large, complex organisations
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making capabilities
- CRM programme experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory
- Fluent in English

- Master’s degree preferred
