- Site selection and site initiation visits

- Feasibility/patient recruitment

- Perform site inspections independently

- Monitor patient safety on-site

- Monitor and maintain ICH-GCP compliance

- Perform close out visits

- Assures compliance with local regulations

- Working closely with the sponsor to deliver within timelines and budget
