Flexible Benefits Consultant (Compensation & Benefits)

Location: Working across both Braine l’alleud & Anderlecht offices

Engagement: Freelance for 1 year (possible extension)

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Flexible Benefits Consultant (Compensation & Benefits) to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of flexible benefits programmes. This role will work closely with HR, Rewards, and external vendors to ensure a compliant, scalable, and employee-focused benefits offering. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in flexible income plans and a track record of delivering benefits solutions in complex, international environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or managing flexible benefits / flex income plans
• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits frameworks
• Experience working within large, global organisations, ideally in highly regulated environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external providers
• Experience supporting system configuration or benefits platforms
• Comfortable working in a project-based, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards roles, ideally within pharma or similar regulated industries
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and governance frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional) preferred
