Financial Reporting Lead & Power BI Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance global financial reporting with Power BI as a core platform.
• Own and govern financial reporting standards and frameworks across domains (Sales, P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, Record‑to‑Report).
• Drive process improvement, harmonisation and simplification of end-to-end reporting processes.
• Act as a senior link between Finance, Business stakeholders and Digital Technology.
• Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning from a reporting perspective.
• Align and guide global Finance & reporting stakeholders on reporting best practices.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Strong experience in global financial reporting, controlling or accounting.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data models, DAX, visualisations).
• Solid understanding of financial processes and performance management.
• Experience with ERP systems, finance data structures and data governance.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record working with global teams and complex organisations.
• Power BI experience in a financial reporting environment is essential.
