MSI Pharma are working with a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium who are looking for a Learning Lead to join their team.

Are you passionate about evidence generation and transforming the biopharmaceutical industry? We're seeking a Learning and Development Lead for Evidence Generation. You'll design and implement a global competency-based learning journey, addressing key skill gaps aligned with Integrated Evidence Generation (ISEG) Lead roles. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored learning solutions supporting a culture change for 's ambition in evidence generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Devise and execute an integrated competency-based learning journey. Curate learning content with subject matter experts, ensuring a comprehensive curriculum for various skill levels. Collaborate with partners, leaders, and teams, managing the end-to-end learning delivery process. Evaluate learner impact, gather feedback, and use analytics for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years' experience in health sciences, evidence generation, or related fields. Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and technologies. Excellent communication and project management skills.
