Established Biotech in Belgium need an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join their team on Freelance / contract (hourly rate basis). The initial assignment will be until February 2025. As a crucial link between their business and IT departments, you'll spearhead digital solutions for Neurology, Immunology, and Rare Diseases. With a focus on project management and marketing automations, you'll ensure seamless alignment between stakeholders and IT.

This role involves rolling out solutions across EU countries, training users, and driving change management.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of experience, with expertise in digital projects and marketing basics. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM is advantageous, while Pharma experience is a big plus!
