- Team Involvement: Become a part of a cross-functional team responsible for managing our next best action engine (Salesforce Marketing Cloud based). The primary goal is to optimize and execute our healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategy.
- Operational Alignment: Spearhead efforts to ensure operational alignment, fostering effective collaboration among diverse groups, including business units, IT, legal, and compliance teams.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and define business requirements from country teams and translate them into updates for the next best action engine. This aims to continuously improve end-user experience and business impact.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with a 3rd party vendor team responsible for the technical aspects of the engine, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.
