Digital Change & Adoption Coach

Location: Braine l’Alleud

Engagement Status: Freelance position until end of 2026 (possible extension)

Overview

We are partneded with a large pharmacetitucal ogrnaisation to support hiring a Digital Change & Adoption Coach. You will support the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, AvePoint). This is a hands‑on change management role focused on IT‑driven initiatives such as Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and IT Security, working closely with IT, business, L&D, and Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change management activities (Prosci / ADKAR)
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and impact analyses
• Design and execute change and adoption plans
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, webinars, and user coaching
• Create adoption materials (guides, FAQs, presentations, videos)
• Challenge technical teams from a user and adoption perspective
• Track adoption and adjust plans based on feedback

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Change Management
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset
• Proven stakeholder engagement and resistance management experience
• Comfortable working in IT / digital environments
• Fluent English (French is a strong asset)
• Nice to have: AI adoption experience, basic video editing, international/matrix environment exposure, openness to occasional travel.
