We are currently seeking a Temporary Data and AI Delivery Manager to join our IT Artificial Intelligence team for a mission lasting 9-10 months. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to data, analytics, and artificial intelligence projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision:

    • Lead and supervise a team of 4-6 data & AI engineers working on various projects.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure a seamless transition from projects to operations.
    • Manage the demand for new data and analytics projects, including prioritization and allocation of resources.
    • Plan and organize medium and long-term data & AI roadmaps with a primary focus on go-to-market initiatives.

  • Innovation and Industry Trends:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and AI technologies.
    • Provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.

  • Communication and Reporting:

    • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

    • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
    • Implement appropriate solutions with a focus on finding innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading data and AI projects, preferably within a similar industry (pharma) or domain (go-to-market).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on finding innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with go-to-market initiatives and strategies is a plus.
