Overview
We are partnered with a leading pharmaceutical client on a high-priority data quality programme within the supply chain domain. You will join a small, high-impact team focused on implementing and scaling data quality rules across critical datasets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a fast-paced programme, where you will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support continuous data quality improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role (flexibility for strong junior profiles)
- Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry (essential)
- Strong understanding of data quality and data management principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical rules
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
Hard Skills
- Strong SQL skills (key requirement)
- Experience developing and testing data quality rules
- Data analysis and dataset profiling
- Reporting and visualisation experience (Power BI / Fabric preferred)
- Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g. Collibra – desirable)
- Python (nice to have)
- Understanding of supply chain data / pharma lifecycle (preferred)
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working on repetitive, operational tasks
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Delivery-focused with a proactive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- Experience in GxP / regulated environments is advantageous
