Day-to-Day tasks:
- Oversee projects related to Veeva CRM, including scope definition, requirement assessment, prioritization, and analysis as necessary, along with project management duties.
- Assist with the operations of the CRM system and serve as a technical liaison between the business units and the development team to ensure successful CRM project delivery.
- Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market team, including web, marketing automation, events, etc., to discover integration possibilities, enhancements, automations, and ways to contribute to a 360° comprehensive view of healthcare provider interactions.
- Contribute to evaluating the migration to Vault CRM and any preparation work that might be needed.

Min Years of experience in the position :
The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience and must hold a Veeva CRM certification (additional certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vault Promomat, or Salesforce CRM would be advantageous). He/she should also possess the technical knowledge necessary to advise the technical team as needed. Furthermore, they are expected to manage projects effectively and be organized, analytical, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in migrations Is a strong benefit. He/She should have a good understanding of the Pharma landscape (commercial, medical & access), Pharma tech ecosystem.

Must have criteria
* Veeva CRM certified with at least 5 years in pharma or Salesforce CRM environments
* 5 Years in Life Science in the commercial/ HCP related type of scope preferably
* This is a technical role, IT experience is required and good understanding on both how to manage a system is required.

Nice to have criteria:
* Other certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vault Promomat, or Salesforce CRM
* Omnichannel understanding (Website, CMS, marketing automation, emailing, Medical scope)
* Understanding of GxP and Validation
