Overview
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation within their Regulatory Intelligence function. They are looking for an experienced Communication & Change Management Lead to drive adoption of new enterprise-wide processes and a supporting technology platform. This role will work across multiple business functions and seniority levels, ensuring change is effectively embedded with minimal disruption.
You will play a key role in shaping communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, and delivering training that enables successful transformation across a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering change management within large, complex organisations
- Strong background supporting enterprise-wide process and technology transformations
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
- Experience designing and delivering communication strategies for organisational change
- Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, digestible messaging
Hard Skills
- Change management strategy development and execution
- Stakeholder mapping, engagement, and impact assessment
- Development of communication plans and materials (presentations, emails, toolkits, FAQs)
- Training strategy and content creation (user guides, onboarding materials, learning sessions)
- Tracking adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
- Experience with change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, communications, or organisational transformation
- Exposure to Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Intelligence, or Compliance functions
- Experience supporting digital or technology transformation programmes
