My client, a prominent provider of IT solutions in the life sciences sector, is in search of two adept business consultants/managers to bolster its Clinical Operations advisory team.

Role 1: Focused Clinical Operations
You'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge business solutions within the realm of Clinical Operations. This fully remote role offers remote work options for EU citizens. Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in life sciences (R&D), whether in a CRO, management consulting, or advisory consultancy capacity, with a robust Clinical Operations background.

Role 2: Clinical Data Management/Architecture
This role emphasises Clinical Data Management and architecture. Candidates should demonstrate prowess in driving system implementations, particularly within Clinical R&D operational projects like CDMS, EDC, SSU, ePRO, or Veeva Vault. Similar to Role 1, applicants should have a strong background in life sciences (R&D) and relevant CRO / Consultancy experience.

Both Roles Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage RFPs, proposals, and client engagements.
- Assume leadership roles within project teams.
- Execute projects, ensuring effective management of planning, budget, resources, scope, risk, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or IT with over 8 years in the life sciences industry, 5+years specialising in external customer clinical roles
- Experience in consulting and advisory roles, demonstrating a commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in market ownership and presales activities such as RFPs and SOWs.
- Strong understanding of technology's role in life sciences.
- Advantageous to have experience in Clinical business processes and digitisation for efficiency enhancement.
- Proactive attitude and engaging personality to foster trust and facilitate customer interactions.

If you meet the qualifications and are enthusiastic about exploring these roles further, please submit your latest resume or contact me for additional details.
