Business Analyst – Structured Content (IDGP Squad)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of Structured Content Authoring across multiple regulatory domains. This role sits within the IDGP Squad, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, support RFI/RFP cycles, and contribute to the selection of future structured content and AI‑enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Capture, structure, and document functional and non‑functional requirements across regulatory domains.
- Align requirements to expected capabilities and translate them into RFI/RFP documentation.
- Define scoring approaches and contribute to tool assessment and decision‑making.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Plan activities, facilitate structured communication, and ensure traceability across business and transversal teams.
- Organize and participate in vendor interactions (calls, demos, hands‑on sessions).
AI Use Case Support
- Facilitate workshops to identify and refine AI use cases in collaboration with internal AI teams.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–8 years as a Business Analyst in complex, cross‑functional or regulatory environments.
- Intermediate to advanced project management experience (2–8 years).
- Experience with IT‑related projects; familiarity with structured content authoring is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical/regulatory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
