Exciting Opportunity for an Automation Engineer!
Join our dynamic Engineering team and play a crucial role in the IO Check, Systems Integration, Validation, and startup of a new manufacturing facility at our NJ site. Bring your biopharma experience and technical expertise to contribute to the success of this innovative project.
Essential Functions:
  • Review P&IDs, Electrical designs, and Drawings; prepare I/O Lists
  • Provide technical support to OEM Engineers and facilitate systems integration
  • Support validation during SAT/IQ/OQ, execute Test Protocols, handle exception resolution and change controls
  • Assist with System backup, User Group creation, training, and as-built documentation
Core Competencies:
  • Experience in FDA-regulated biotech/pharmaceutical companies
  • Proficiency in Automation, Electrical controls systems, instrumentation, and CSV
  • Knowledge of equipment qualification, process validation, and supporting Greenfield Pharma plant startup
  • Familiarity with Upstream and Downstream manufacturing processes in biopharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Hands-on experience with Rockwell / Siemens PLC, Drives, Studio 5000 Logix Designer, FTView SE & ME, FTAssetCentre, WIN911 FTBatch, PlantPAX / Delta-V, TIA Portal, WinCC, OPC DA and UA Communication, OSI PI / Bio Reactors (desirable)
