Responsibilities: Business and Data Analyst Activities:

• Lead data consolidation and analytics.
• Implement and review quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
• Oversee data reconciliations and process re-engineering efforts.
• Develop and update business process documents.
• Prepare and present department metrics to GCO leadership.

Project Management Activities:

• Develop and oversee the methodology for managing GCO projects.
• Maintain project statuses and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Establish project charters and scope documents.
• Drive timely execution of actionable project plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and track project actions, decisions, issues, and risks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups.
• Experience with data modeling and analysis in Excel and PowerBI.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
