My client in Belgium need an experienced Articulate Learning Developer consultant. Ideally they would like a candidate based in Belgium but are also open to Remote workers in the EU or UK.

As the Learning Developer, you will will create engaging training content for my clients QMS Program, enabling a seamless shift to the new electronic Quality Management System. This role involves designing modules, coordinating implementation, and assessing effectiveness through surveys, ensuring personnel are equipped to meet job requirements amid digital transformation.

You will collaborate with experts to assess needs and define objectives. Create engaging online modules using Articulate 360, ensuring end-to-end development, risk management, and alignment with learning goals. Coordinate with Operations for LMS launch and assist SMEs with materials.

Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.

Required skills: Proficiency in Articulate 360 tools including Storyline (triggers, layers, branching) and Rise.

To be sucessful for the role you will need to demonstrates adult learning expertise, adapts training based on audience, designs stimulating learning experiences, uses tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, video editing, and be proficient in MS Office.
