Location: King of Prussia, PA
Engagement: Contract until December 2026 – possible extension
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day LMS administration within SAP SuccessFactors (items, curricula, learning plans, assignments)
- Set up courses, sessions, enrollments, completions, and approvals
- Track and process requests via ServiceNow/SharePoint
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access, assignments, and completions
- Produce compliance and completion reports; support data accuracy and validation
- Support Commercial training teams on learning initiatives and updates
- Maintain SOPs, naming conventions, and documentation for consistent processes
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Plateau a plus)
- Strong reporting, data quality, and Excel skills
- Knowledge of SCORM/AICC standards
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Teams for request tracking
- Power BI exposure (preferred)

Education Requirements
